Thank you for your interest in Buffalo Peaks Software Development and Consulting.
Many of our clients come to us because they have a need for custom software. They
may have a business process that they know they could make more efficient. They
may have an idea of how to improve the process with a software application. In fact,
they usually know what they need but have no idea how to obtain it. One concern
that many of them have is they simply do not have any idea what guys like me are
talking about. They have heard the horror stories of companies that have spent tens
of thousands of dollars on a software package that is never used.
"The demo looked great. It looked like just the thing we needed. We signed the deal
and cut the check. They showed up and did an install, said there you go and vanished.
We tried to use it and had no idea where to start so we called them. They said we
needed to purchase more consulting to get it going. "How much?!" They said we just
need to load our company information, they didn't tell us it would take weeks of
work to load it. Now it has taken twice as long, cost twice as much, they say they
are done and it works but I still don't know what I have and my people do not use
it. I call for help and .... well you know."
We are different. We work with our clients to define the problem. We work with our
clients to understand their business needs. We work with our clients to answer their
questions. We work with our clients to find a solution that solves the problem.
We work with our clients to implement the business solution. We work with our clients
to add value to their company.
We are not here to sell you software, we are here to help you solve your business
problem by applying cutting edge software technologies to your business processes.

our clients have to say. Their contact information is there. Ask them!
George Tadla earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Metropolitan State College
of Denver School of Business, graduating Summa Cum Laude in May 2001. He began his
information technology career in 1998 as a local area network (LAN) support technician
for the U.S. Postal Service. Within one year George was promoted to Senior Web Developer,
and in this role began applying internet technologies to various business processes.
George also engineered and developed software applications in the areas of budgeting,
operations and safety. In June of 2000 he founded AldaT, a custom information solutions
company. George's team of IT professionals developed custom software, designed,
installed and supported LAN systems, developed and hosted web sites, and integrated
commercial off-the-shelf applications for a number of clients. In August of 2006,
George changed his focus back to software development. By working as a contract
developer on a large, enterprise level application, George was able to update his
development skills to include the most recent Microsoft technologies and techniques.
These skill sets were simultaneously applied to software development within the
commercial real estate arena. George currently resides in the suburbs of Denver
Colorado where he has built a significant network of software development professionals.
